We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies as spa treatments are reserved specifically for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. No-Shows are subject to 100% fee of the service cost and must pay-ahead for any future appointment.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. However, we like to keep our clients informed of any new changes as soon as we can.
For parties of 3 or more, please contact Kristy, the spa Coordinator for more information. Deposit is required for any large parties. Exclusive use of the spa is available upon request. Guests are welcome to bring wine, we are happy to provide the glasses for your spa party! A 20% Gratuity will automatically be included in the rate for parties of 3 or more.
Gift Card Policy:
Gift Cards can be purchased at any set value at the spa, online or over the phone. Not in town? We are happy to mail you a gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any returns for purchased gift cards, or if its lost, misplaced, or stolen.
Series of Treatments:
We are unable to process any returns on purchased series, however, a spa credit towards product and other services will be administered.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of our services at your discretion, 15-20% is accepted in the spa industry.
We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you arrive late, your practitioner reserves the right to reschedule your appointment or deduct time from your service at the full cost of the service booked.
Our facility does not use a receptionist, instead we utilize Genbook online booking in real-time for scheduling convenience. You may call to schedule during normal business hours and we will return your phone call in a timely manner if we are working with a guest or have stepped out of the building. Please help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee, or filtered water in our relaxation room.
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile phones be turned off or on silent when you enter the spa.
Please leave all personal belongings in a place that you feel secure. The spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third part gift certificates.
We offer a 14-day exchange period for any defective products with receipt. We strive to provide you with the highest-quality products on the market and feel you will love them as much as we do! Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds on returned product, and instead a spa credit will be applied to be used on any other spa service or product.
